If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or within 48 hours of receipt for damaged items.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund once your claim is verified.

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for store credit, valid for one year.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

  • Lingerie, swimwear, clearance, and vintage pieces are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • All items are subject to inspection upon return.
